Pear Orchard Hill Wines LLC is organized and operated under the laws of the State of Missouri. The Missouri Department of Public Safety, Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control has determined that all internet sales of alcohol made by us actually occur on site in our store. This means that when we accept your order the wine belongs to you and we are merely acting as your shipping agent from that point on. As a result of these determinations
Several states have laws against the importation of Wine and other Alcoholic beverages, others require specific licenses that we don't currently have. We intend to honor the laws of all states. Please do not ask us to ship to your state if it is illegal for you to receive direct shipments of alcohol.
In Missouri it is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to buy any alcoholic beverage! By ordering on this website you are asserting that you are over the age of 21. We have a contract with our carrier to require a signature and proof of age when delivering Wine. We will assist in any way possible in the prosecution of anyone under the age of 21 trying to buy alcohol from us! Unless an adult is available at a residence during the day we suggest you use a business address for receiving Wine shipments.
